Dunfermline Branch
RSCDS Dunfermline Branch
The Dunfermline branch of the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society was formed in 1929. Today we are a small & very friendly branch of the society running a full range of classes over the winter months. Unusually for a small branch, we run a technique class; this is taught by some well known society teachers.
In December each year we host a Ball in the Glen Pavillion of Pittencrieff Park and this is now firmly established on the Scottish Country Dancing calendar. .
Over the summer months we hold a number of dances on Wednesday evenings. This year we have had to relocate our summer dancing to Abbeyview Community Centre but we are sure will still have some great dancing.
